Project Overview

A two-story ADU built from the ground up on a steep hillside just above the pool. The concrete work came first: rebar doweled into the existing retaining walls, new formed foundation walls, and a reinforced slab. The finished building has smooth stucco, large aluminum-frame windows, an upstairs gym, and a built-in lounge nook with sconce lighting at pool level.
